By registering for the conference, submitting manuscripts, or using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Paper Submission & Peer Review
- All submitted manuscripts must represent original, unpublished research work that is not under consideration elsewhere.
- Submissions must comply with similarity/plagiarism thresholds specified by conference and journal guidelines.
- Acceptance of papers is subject to rigorous peer review conducted by the Editorial & Technical Program Committee.
- Publication of presented papers in the partner journal, International Journal of Systematic Innovation (IJoSI), is contingent upon satisfying peer-review standards and conference presentation rules.
2. Registration & Fee Policy
- At least one author of every accepted paper must complete registration by the specified cutoff date (31st December 2026 for Early Bird) for the paper to be included in the official program and sent for publication.
- Registration fees cover admission to sessions, conference kit/materials, certificates, and presentation privileges.
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once processed, except under written cancellation approvals issued by the Conveners.
3. Hybrid Event & Conduct Rules
- IC-AIME 2027 operates in Hybrid Mode (On-Campus at Conference Room, 3 AB, MUJ & Virtual Online Sessions).
- All participants must maintain professional academic conduct during presentation sessions and Q&A deliberations.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify session schedules or substitute presentation modes in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to conference registration or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
